Please adhere to
the deadlines mentioned in the Important Dates. All participants are required to
register and pay their registration fee before the registration deadline. If you
pay before the early bird deadline you will get a cheaper rate on the
registration fee.
There are three payment options available for ICACS 2024. You can pay your
registration fee through,
1. Online Payment System
2. Bank Transfer (TT) / PayPal (30 USD international transaction cost)
3. Onsite Payment
Before making the payment for the conference using any of the above methods,
please register online and select your registration fee.
1. Online Payment System
The online payment system is the fastest and easiest method to pay your
registration fee and we recommend you to follow this method.

Note: If you pay via your credit card but it fails, you are recommended to solve
it by following methods:
▪ Try to contact your card holding bank to activate the card for foreign
transactions.
▪ Try to change other credit card.
▪ Try to pay via bank transfer or PayPal.
2. Bank Transfer (TT) / PayPal
You can pay your registration fee through bank transfer or PayPal, please
contact conference secretary at icacs.edu@outlook.com for bank account or PayPal
account.
Note: We should receive the exact amount of registration fees. If not, the
participant has to pay the balance due at the registration desk. Therefore, the
participant has to add 30 USD for the international transaction cost.
3. Onsite Payment
Onsite payment is available for abstract submission and Delegate only. If you
have funding issues and other unavoidable circumstances, you can register online
and pay onsite at the conference. To confirm your participation and reserve a
slot in the conference program so that you make payment onsite on the day of the
conference. Please note that onsite registration fees are higher.
If you pay onsite, you are required to send following materials to
icacs.edu@outlook.com to confirm your participation.
1) Scanned copy of the Air ticket
2) Scanned copy of the passport
3) Accommodation confirmation receipt
No Show Policy for Onsite Payment
If any participant confirmed his/her participation to the organizing committee
by sending the proof above and is not available to present at the conference
will not be accepted. In that scenario the organizers will take the following
actions:
▪ Inform to their University/Institute
▪ Add to No-benefits list
To avoid these please inform your No-show three days before the conference.
