We are pleased to report that ICACS 2017 was held successfully in Jeju Island, South Korea during August 10-13, 2017. It was attended by diverse group of academics from such countries as Singapore, Germany, Taiwan, Japan, USA, South Korea, Australia. It was truly a pleasure to observe the attendees engage in vigorous discussions, present their research, offer each other feedback, and brainstorm creative solutions to the fields’ most pressing issues.

Topics covered by the agenda included computer science and information engineering, algorithm design and system modeling, computer science and engineering. The high quality of the presentations can be attributed to the level of expertise of the scientific committee of the event, which put every submitted abstract and paper through a double-blind review process.
